"Unibox" non-electric thermostatic control for radiant floor heating

The “Unibox” is a non-electric radiant floor zone controller for temperatures suitable with surface heating systems. A wall box unit with presettable thermostatic valve, venting and ushing valve, valve enclosure and cover plate; cover plate with thermostat with ”0” setting, and with connection for Oventrop “euroconus” compression ttings.

The “Unibox” requires no auxilary energy.

"Unibox E T"

The “Unibox E T” is a non-electric radiant floor zone controller for temperatures suitable with surface heating systems. A wall box unit with presettable thermostatic valve, venting and ushing valve, valve enclosure and cover plate; cover plate with thermostat with ”0” setting, and with connection for Oventrop “euroconus” compression ttings.

The “Unibox E T” requires no auxilary energy.

The hot water ow is thermostatically controlled through the valve assembly. 

"Unibox E Plus"

The “Unibox E Plus” is a non-electric radiant floor thermostat and return water temperature limiter. The “Unibox E Plus” is a wall box unit with preset- table thermostatic valve and integrated return temperature limiter, venting and ushing valve and cover plate, thermostat with ”0” setting, and a connection for Oventrop “euroconus” compression ttings.

The “Unibox E Plus” requires no auxilary energy.

The “Unibox E plus” allows the individual room temperature control with a thermostat and with temperature limitation of the heated surfaces with a return temperature limiter. Installation may be carried out in combination with radiator heating and a maximum design water temperature of 158 °F. The “Unibox E plus” can be operated without an additional radiator, provided the heat design output of the surface heating system is suffcient. 

"Unibox E BV"

The “Unibox E BV” is a non-electric radiant floor zone controller for temperatures suitable with surface heating systems. A wall box unit with presettable thermostatic valve, venting and ushing valve, valve enclosure and cover plate; with thermostat with “0” setting, and with connection for Oventrop Euroconus compression ttings.

The “Unibox E BV” requires no auxilary energy.

The hot water flow is divided into a thermostatically controlled flow and a bypass flow. The heat load design flow is controlled by a non-electric thermostat, a calibrated bypass device controls the minimum flow and temperature of the surface. Complete cooling of the heating surface is avoided due to the in flux of other heat sources, e.g. sunlight, woodburning, or electrical appliances. Bypass minimises the inertia of surface heating at thermostat call of heat. 

"Unibox E RTL"

The “Unibox E RTL” for is a non-electric radiant floor return water temperature limiter. It is a wall box unit with an integrated temperature limiter, integrated deaeration, ushing valve and cover plate, and a valve connection for Oventrop “euroconus” compression ttings.

The “Unibox E RTL” requires no auxilary energy.

The “Unibox E RTL” is a control for temperature limitation of heating surfaces. In typical installations, the heat demand is controlled by radiators and thermostats. Installation is typically carried out in combination with a radiator heating system with a maximum design hot water temperature of 158 °F.
